This page covers one case, when you leave a request for an installer. Everything else on the site works without your data. You answer the questions in your own browser, and the calculation happens there too.
Your answers are stored in the page address. This lets you share the result as a link, and it doesn't disappear when you reload. Along with the address, your answers end up in the hosting logs.
Who owns your data
The Powtica project is run by a private individual, who is the owner of your personal data as defined by art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

What we collect
Nothing else.
- Your name, phone number and city, as you enter them in the request form.
- Your comment, if you left one.
- Your answers and the result based on them, meaning the capacity and power you need and the models we picked. Without this an installer has nothing to base a quote on.
- The technical data every browser sends, such as the page address, IP and device type. This ends up in the hosting logs.
What for
We collect data only to pass your request on to installers. They will price the work and equipment for your home and give you a quote. We don't sell equipment, resell contacts or send advertising.
Who it goes to
To partner installers, and only after you tick the consent box in the form. Without it the request won't be sent, and the box is never ticked in advance.
The installer receives your name, phone number, city, comment and calculation. They need this to call you back and give you a price.
Nobody else. The price button simply opens the product page, and we don't add anything to the link that could identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while it's being handled and for no longer than a year after that, then we delete it. Hosting logs are kept for as long as the host decides, and we don't control that period.
Your rights
Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” gives you the following rights.
- To know exactly what is stored about you and get a copy.
- To correct anything inaccurate.
- To withdraw consent and have your data deleted at any time without giving a reason.
- To find out exactly who your request was passed to.
- To object to the processing.
- To complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
To exercise any of them, write to us. We will reply within thirty calendar days, as required by art. 16 of the same law.
What the page itself stores
- A cookie with your chosen language. It only stores “uk”, “ru” or “en” so the site opens in the same language next time.
- Anonymised analytics about which screens were opened and where people stopped. It uses its own identifier so one visit isn't counted twice. This identifier isn't linked to your name, your request or anything outside this site. The data is processed on servers in the European Union.
When this page will change
If we start collecting something else, or passing it to somebody else, this page will change before that happens, and the date at the top will be updated.
